Hi, I’m Joe Lodge, a proud Mount Pleasant native and the heart behind Choice Coat Painters. Growing up, I attended Cario Middle School and Wando High School, where I developed a strong connection to our Lowcountry community. At just 14 years old, I began painting houses, sparking a passion that has defined my career. Now, at 34, with 20 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my life to making homes shine across Awendaw, McClellanville, Huger, Cainhoy, Clements Ferry, Mount Pleasant, and Downtown Charleston. My commitment to quality craftsmanship earned Choice Coat Painters the 2020 Best Painter award from Mount Pleasant Magazine, a testament to our excellence.
